Stroke analysis at SwimTec is private, one-on-one video coaching for competitive, masters, triathlon and water polo swimmers. A coach watches your stroke live from several camera angles, above and under the water, then works on the one or two changes in body position, timing or propulsion that matter most for you.

Is stroke analysis only for elite swimmers?
No. SwimTec coaches competitive, masters, triathlon, summer-league and water polo athletes.
How is this different from team practice?
The session focuses entirely on one swimmer’s technique and complements team conditioning rather than replacing it.
How often should a swimmer come?
SwimTec generally recommends once or twice a month, which leaves time to work each change into team practice.
How is stroke analysis different from video capture?
Stroke analysis is coached: a coach reviews the footage with you and drills the change. Video capture records the footage for you or your own coach to study.
