Competitive, masters and triathlon swimmers
Stroke Analysis
A coach reviews your stroke from several camera angles and works on the change that matters most.
Swim Performance at SwimTec is private, one-on-one coaching for competitive, masters, triathlon and water polo swimmers. You swim in an Endless Pool while cameras record from above, the side and underwater, and your coach reviews the footage with you to fix what matters most.

Seeing your own stroke often makes a correction click faster than hearing it described.
Analysis, footage and ongoing coaching are different things. Here is which is which.

Swimmers and the coaches who review their footage
Overhead, side and underwater footage of your stroke, recorded for you or your coach to study.
Triathletes and open-water swimmers
One-on-one coaching that makes the swim leg more efficient, controlled and repeatable.
Swimmers heading for a first team or tryout
The four strokes, streamlines, breathing and lap endurance a swimmer needs before joining a team.
Military, academy and public-safety candidates
Private preparation for a water-based physical assessment, built around the standard you must meet.
Independent swimmers
Reserved, uninterrupted pool time for fitness, recovery or technique work.
SwimTec generally recommends once or twice a month, so each change has time to settle into team practice.

5.01:1 stroke coaching at SwimTec is personalized swim instruction focused entirely on one athlete. Unlike a team practice, where a coach must divide attention among many swimmers, a private session lets the coach analyze technique, identify weaknesses, and build an improvement plan specific to that swimmer.
No. SwimTec coaches competitive swimmers, summer-league swimmers, triathletes, masters swimmers, and water polo athletes preparing for championship meets. Any swimmer who wants to move more efficiently through the water can benefit from private technique work.
Swim team practice builds conditioning, race fitness, and training habits. Stroke coaching focuses on one swimmer’s technique, efficiency, and skill development, and is meant to complement a team program rather than replace it.
No. Most swimmers get more value from club practice after receiving technical coaching, since better technique lets them make full use of every yard they swim during team workouts.
SwimTec coaches all four competitive strokes, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, along with starts, turns, streamlines, underwater dolphin kicking, race strategy, and overall swimming efficiency.
There is no set age. SwimTec works with youth swimmers, high-school athletes, collegiate swimmers, masters swimmers, and triathletes, whenever a swimmer is ready to improve technique and learn more about the sport.
