Swim video capture at SwimTec records your stroke from overhead, side and underwater camera angles in one private session at Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center in Orlando. Swimmers and their coaches use the footage to study body position, timing and drag, compare progress over time, or share clips for recruiting and remote feedback.
