SwimTec (“SwimTec,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website swimtec.com and provides private swim lessons, competitive stroke coaching, and swim camps at our locations in Gainesville and Orlando, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically collected information: device and usage data, IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Many of our students are minors. We provide services to children only through a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
